Acceptance: the agreed events and coverage limits can be inspected against the observed workflow.
Bring: a defined set of available system records.
Receive: a report of captured requests, tool-reported results and any independently confirmed state changes, kept distinct.
Acceptance: each reported outcome identifies its source, observation boundary and unresolved uncertainty.
Bring: the agreed record set and an authorized recipient.
Receive: the records, their format, available provenance and integrity checks, and documented limitations.
Acceptance: the recipient can inspect the agreed material and its stated limits.
Thundercloud provides data recording documented outcomes and observed state changes. We do not offer remediation or advise on response decisions.
You maintain your own response framework, decide whether and how to respond, and choose and arrange any remediation.
We remain accountable for our own work, correcting our mistakes and maintaining our products. Clear customer responsibilities do not remove ours.
Coverage is limited to connected systems and supported observation points. A captured request records an attempt; a tool-reported result records what that tool reported. An external effect is independently confirmed only when a separate observation supports it.
Provenance and integrity checks do not establish truth, completeness, motive or wrongdoing. Records can contain errors and gaps; a report does not make a response decision obvious or promise a legal outcome.

Additional work gets its own agreed scope. Discovery is optional assistance alongside the intended self-service path. It can introduce Saturn and its model, run, review, share and repeat product direction; a sales call is not a prerequisite for reading the documentation or inspecting the controlled example. Supported integrations and availability are assessed individually; adopting Saturn is not a prerequisite for every engagement. Discovery supplies evidence and a capability model, not a response plan.
