Care for what matters.
Keep the choices yours.

We’re building infrastructure to help people retain control of useful AI capabilities as software, teams and operating conditions change.

Thundercloud Technology Ltd. is an Alberta company working on Saturn: bounded authority, inspectable evidence and continuity planning for AI assets.

An asset is the defined combination of code, data, configuration, access and records needed for a useful capability. We want those responsibilities and boundaries to remain understandable as the work changes.

Our commercial approach connects software, developer integration and scoped services. An initial engagement can capture and report evidence for one workflow; repeated needs can inform reusable product work. Customer demand and repeatable delivery remain to be established.

Founded February 2026. Incorporated as Thundercloud Technology Ltd in Alberta, October 2026.

Our mission

AI on your own terms.

Thundercloud’s mission is to make AI accessible on people’s own terms, by helping them retain control of their systems, software and work.

Practical sovereignty means being able to understand actions, decide permission, inspect records, change providers and withdraw authority where those capabilities are supported. We are building toward that control; complete portability and recovery remain development goals.

Equitable access is an ambition: these capabilities should reach people beyond large technical teams. We have not yet demonstrated that outcome.

Our values

How we intend to work.

  1. Honesty about evidence and uncertainty

Distinguish observations, tool reports, inferences and unknowns. Show what the evidence supports and where it stops.

  2. Human agency

Keep permission and response decisions with the people responsible for the system. Customers use their own response framework and choose any remediation.

  3. Integrity, respect and privacy

Treat people and their information with care. Respect agreed boundaries and limit access and disclosure to the work entrusted to us.

  4. Clear expectations and ownership

Agree the scope, responsibilities, deliverables and acceptance evidence before work starts.

  5. Follow-through

Carry agreed work through verification and handoff. Keep unresolved items and the next safe action visible.

  6. Own our mistakes

Acknowledge errors plainly, correct our own work and maintain our products without spin or shifting our responsibility to customers.

  7. Disciplined claims and exposure tracking

Keep claims tied to supporting evidence. Track known risks, gaps and outstanding obligations without promising their absence.

  8. Kind public speech

Speak with care and respect. Describe evidence and disagreements without unsupported accusations.

For investors

A focused product direction.
Evidence at each step.

Our thesis is that teams need a reusable connection between asset boundaries, delegated work, operating evidence and continuity. The next proof is a supported workflow and a customer-accepted outcome.

We distinguish demonstrated behavior, development goals and commercial assumptions. Detailed commercial materials are shared privately for the appropriate conversation.
